Sunset Chronicles: Collingwood's Journey by Rail, Sea and Ski
Huron Street (Highway 26) between Hurontario St. and Heritage Drive
Collingwood, Ontario, Canada
2023
This 100' long mural was unveiled during the Collingwood Art Crawl on September 16th 2023.  Original paintings, photography, and digital art combine with archival photos, illustrations, maps, historical information, and children's drawings.
Eden, Rebecca, and Sandra of Future Day worked with the Town and Collingwood Museum to create a visual journey through the history of the Collingwood Rail.  Children attending the museum's summer camps were invited to participate by colouring in chicks and hens illustrations in period clothing, a nod to the original name of the region, Hen and Chickens Harbour.  Visit https://futureday.ca/2023/09/05/sunset-chronicles-mural/ for more information.
